Our forging shop consists of high speed horizontal hot formers – Hatebur AMP-30S, 1 Hatebur AMP50-9 HFE and vertical forging lines with hot ring rolling. The combination gives us advantage on high volume products as well as larger size low volume demands. The components that are produced in this forging shop are bearing rings, nuts, tripods, cam lobs, gear blanks and hubs.
We offer forgings from diameter as low as 30mm to as large as 200mm. Be it combi forging or single forging, we have an edge over the competition to deliver products to suit all customers’ requirement.
In-house tool manufacturing facilities support forging shop in quick tool change and flexibility in reducing lead times.
